| Utopia Series, 2008 Utopia #2 04:06 Video/Audio editing by Amanda Barrett For the past year, I've been researching the artist/designer Moholy Nagy as well as studying the writings and works of Utopian Expressionist architects, visionaries, and sculptors such as Frederick Keisler, Buckminster Fuller, and Naum Gabo. The three film series, Utopia #1, #2, and #3, is in direct response to these artists and how their exploration of light and movement intersects with my own interest in and focus on liminality and luminosity.
